Finished - Taylor's Afghan

This is the edged and joined afghan for my niece.

These photos don't do it justice - in person it is really SWEET! I still have ends to weave in, but I am hoping to have it sent out by the first of the week latest.

 Finally!

  3. Beautiful afghan, both colours and patterns. I am intrigued by the swirly one to the left of the heart. Is it your pattern ?

  4. Hi Maria-yes, I did the swirly one...I was following a pattern and somehow it got too big and off kilter. I switched to one size smaller hook and started doing sc. I saw that it was tightening it up too much, but went ahead with it just to finish it off...liked the flower part so well, thought I'd see what it ended up like. Not one I'd send in a swap, but knew the young niece would like it! ;o) Doubt that I could ever duplicate it!!!
